Healthy food trucks? What a question. Most people think of them as the “Roach Coach”. But… there are some good ones out there. While you are out traveling you might just want to start checking out some of those food trucks you see. You might uncover a cool and tasty little wagon that actually serves healthy food and tasty too. They are all over the county. I know that I will be looking as I travel around. What devices to bring with you for watching and listening while camping. I have started using the Sony ICF-38. A very reliable unit. I like it a lot. I have used this unit for over a year and it still works great. For about $ 25.00 it is a hell of a deal. Another great little radio is a portable small unit. The Sangean DT-400W. It has been in use for over a year now and still going strong. It takes two AA batteries and lasts a long time. I recommend both models. You will be a happy camper. These are two great units. Reception is sketchy in some areas. If you are camped in some remote locations you can forget radio reception completely. Bring […]
The 2013 Larry H. Miller Tour of Utah professional cycling stage race. Wow, that was magnificent to watch. The pros not wasting any time cruising through Red Canyon. Right in front of the campground. What an entourage in front and behind. There must have been all the police in Utah there. Joking! There were a lot for sure. It sure is fun to watch these pros haul butt. Felt like I was watching the Tour de France right here in my back yard. Wooowee! Be sure to click on image to really get a feel of this great race. Images taken with my Sony NEX-5N.
