Andy Devine – Old Town Kingman, AZ – That part is now no longer. Still cool to remember though. Rickety Cricket replaced it. A good thing.

Chilling in Kingman Arizona. Hanging out in Kingman offers some old time coolness to check out. The old town district is pretty fun. Thankfully there in a cool micro Brewery and a wine bar well worth going to. Another brewery is under construction now at House of Hops in downtown. There are some great beers and Ale in Kingman. A Bar B Que, and a great little bistro, “Sirens”, all in one block with a brick oven pizza restaurant. The old Route 66 starts here if you want to take a great drive heading east. Tons of great things to check out. One close place is the Hualapai Mountains with resort restaurant and lots of hiking and biking trails. It is only 16 miles up Hualapai Mountain Road to get there from Kingman. Another cool place to chill is Hualapai Coffee on Hualapai Mountain Rd. on the way to the Lodge. Additionally if you a wine person there are two wineries in Kingman as well. Plus a Distillery as well.

This video is a simple one to show the old downtown area. There is much more to see for sure.

Wow, what a beer. It is huge. Thick and dark. Takes a bit of getting used to.

Another great feature is Kingman is very close to Oatman ghost town and lots of arts and crafts and donkey’s to check out. The colorado river is close by as well.
